1964 - Hanmee Presbyterian Church began as the Chicago Korean Presbyterian Church. 1973 - Name was changed to Cicero Korean Presbyterian Church. 1983 - Became a member church in the Presbytery of Chicago, PC(USA). 1983 - Adopted the current name, Hanmee Presbyterian Church. 1985 - Moved to current location in Itasca, IL. 08/1994 - Current Senior Pastor, the Rev. Jong Hyeong Lee called. 01/1995 - College / Young Adult English Worship Service established. 08/1998 - Current English Ministry Pastor, the Rev. Robert B. Kang called. 11/1998 - Current Vision Statement formed 01/1999 - College/Young Adult changed to Hanmee English Ministry 01/1999 - Financial independence 09/1999 - Discipleship Team formation: precursor to Small Groups

From downtown Chicago: Take 290W and exit at Lake St./355S (exit #7). Bear right on exit ramp to Lake St. E. Turn left at the light. At Rohlwing Rd. (first street, second light), turn left. At the first traffic light turn right onto Bloomingdale Rd. The parking lot entrance is on your left. From the North: Take 290E (53S). Exit at 355S. The very first exit afterwards is Lake St. Exit at Lake St. E. and follow instructions above. From the South: Take 355N and exit at Lake St. E. Follow instructions above: From the West: Take Elgin-O'Hare Expressway and exit at Rohlwing Rd. S. Go past Irving Park, and turn left onto Bloomingdale Rd. The church parking lot entrance is on your left.
