Hi and thanks for visiting Hanmee English Ministry's web page! I'm Pastor Bob and I am the English Ministry Pastor at Hanmee English Ministry (HEM). My wife, Justine, and I have been at Hanmee for 16 months now and in that time, God has been most gracious and wonderful. We have met a group of people who deeply love the Lord and are very excited about making Hanmee English Ministry a place where the Holy Spirit dwells and where we can be personally restored, live out a real and whole family life, and go and transform our communities for Christ and his kingdom. I was born in Korea but my family immigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1968 where I grew up. That makes me a Canadian - eh! I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto. In following the call to pursue full time ministry, I completed my seminary studies at the Toronto School of Theology - Knox College. The Lord led me to western Canada where I served three years. And now Justine & I believe God has called us to be at Hanmee. We are very excited - about the future of the ministry here, about what God has in store for us, and also the fact that the Lord blessed us with a precious gift in the form of our first child - our daughter Elisabeth. God indeed is good! We want to invite anyone who might be searching for a worship community, a church, or simply God himself, to come and check us out.
